So it started with this innocent trip to Ikea on Monday where I gorge down 10 meatballs, 2 chicken wings, a cup of coffee and half a donut in like two hours? By the way Ikea is now selling this cute mini donuts with chocolate fillings inside and its so good yet sinful at the same time so I'm just gonna indulge in it this time round and try to stay as far as possible from it till my next trip to Ikea.
Anyway I felt really guilty for eating so much so I decided that for the rest of the week I'm just gonna workout like everyday even if it's like 5-10 minutes of jumping jacks. And I was so pumped up on the idea of exercising but apparently the body doesn't agree on this whole exercising thing and I end up indulging even more junk over the week.
There was Mos Burger on Tuesday, Fish n Co + Wimbly Lu on Wednesday, felt sick on Thursday so I didn't eat anything, Friday felt less sinful with salad for lunch but it was paired with curry so I guess it kinds of break even, right? Then it was Burger King on Saturday. And just today I had this sudden weird cravings for one million and one different food so I ended up eating chicken rice + fried egg + taiwan sausage + otah + sugar cane juice and I still felt hungry after that. GOSH. All those junk swimming inside of me, I think I would have to run for more than an hour just to rid of them all. *tears*
I shall like stay home this whole week except to go school and be a vegetarian all week. Meh. Who am I kidding, think I can't even survive Monday :(
But as much as I lack discipline in eating (LOL) I did plan my schedule for this week and term break which I'm following quite closely so hopefully my study plans would be successful! I shall have a studious November and when December arrives I can finally meet up with all my girls when their exams are over!!! Missing them so much :( Looking forward to all the plans we made to enjoy this year and the next! (:
Realised I didn't took much photos this week so here is a random photo of something that has nothing to do with anything here. You would understand this if you watch The Avatar (not the one with the blue people)
Craving for chips now. Kbye!
